| Brenda and I are so excited to present our latest project. After more the 9 years renting buildings for our ministry here in Huancayo, we have finally got the "go ahead" from the Lord to buy land and start building. Please take a moment to check out this new project and pray about sowing seed. It WILL produce a harvest, both here for us and there for you. |
| We have the opportunity to buy this land for approx. $300,000. It is big enough for our future needs. Plans for this land include: 500 seat auditorium Small farm 20 cabins with up to 75 beds Commercial kitchen Green house Carpentry shop Metal shop Swimming Pool (solar heated) |
| This property is five and a half acres. When all is up and running it has the potential to produce over $4000 a week for our ministry here. Please pray about being a part of this great project the Lord has given us. If only 250 people would pledge $1000 we'd have Phase 1 complete, the land bought and the construction begun. |

Phase 1 – Needed $350,000
Land purchase – approx. $300,000
Renovation of exterior walls, gates, fences and security
Architect and design fees
Construction of metal shop and carpentry shop
Projected time of completion – 6 – 8 weeks
Phase 2 – Needed $150,000
Purchase of solar/hydro electric from U.S. (still considering this option)
Projected time of completion – 6 months
Phase 3 – Needed $250,000

Pool construction
Construction of greenhouse
Construction of 20 cabins to be used for guests, groups, etc.
Send container from Houston, TX to Callao, Peru with all equipment purchased in U.S.A.
Projected time of completion – 4 – 6 months

Purchase of 3 Toyota 25 passenger buses for bus ministry (approx. cost is $30,000 ea. used)
Purchase of 2 Full size vans (approx. cost is $25,000 ea. new)
Purchase of 2008 Mitsubishi 4WD, twin cab pickup ($29,000 new)
Purchase of property/building in city center for church offices/Bible Training Ctr.
Projected time of completion – 3 – 5 months
The purchase of this property will immediately free us of $1350+ a month rent thus allowing us to use those funds for
other projects and ministry in general.
This land will be our own. We will no longer be paying rent or in debt to others and because the property will be used
not only for our own church and ministry but will also be rented out to other churches and groups for “retreats,
conferences, seminars, etc.”, utilizing the 20 cabins, it will therefore be producing income for our ministry here in Peru
and also allowing us to sow into other ministries and missions around the world as the Lord leads.
From our studies of other similar “facilities” like this in the area, this property has the potential to produce over $4000 a
week at full capacity. That’s $16,000 a month…Can you imagine what we could do to impact this nation and others with
the Gospel with those kinds of funds? A dollar on the foreign field goes a lot further than it does in the United States.
